Construction requires a Zoning Permit from the town of Richlands. Building permits must be obtained from the Department of Building Safety for Tazewell County. You must obtain the zoning permit from the Town of Richlands prior to requesting a building permit.
All zoning permit applications should be returned to Richlands Town Hall or by email to zoningpermit@richlands-va.gov.
