Richlands Recreation Commission
The Recreation Commission shall provide, conduct and supervise public playgrounds, athletic fields, recreation centers, and other recreation facilities and activities on any of the properties owned or controlled by the town or on other properties with the consent of the owners and authorities thereof. The Commission shall submit a five (5) year comprehensive plan concerning recreational activities to the Town Council. Members of the Richlands Recreation Commission hold meetings on the third Monday. Time for meetings are 7 P.M. each month at The Recreation Park unless otherwise posted. Members serve for a period of 3 year terms.
