4) If you are about to have work done to your home or business and would like to check on the status of a business license for the contractor just call Richlands Town Hall at 276-964-2566 with the contractors name and we will give you the status of the license.
5) The Richlands Town Council adopts a new policy on outside agency funding Requests. Any agency requesting funding from the Town of Richlands must submit the completed Application and the signed copy of the Policy in order to be considered for any funding during the next fiscal year. The application period is from January 1, 2026 to January 31, 2026 to be considered for the 2026-2027 Fiscal Year Budget. Please call Town Hall with any questions.
6) The Town of Richlands is in process of getting new software for Town Texting Alerts.
7) A new Resource is available to small businesses as significant weather and disaster events impact your business called Small Business Readiness for Resiliency R4R Program. Click the Link for details and contact information if you feel your small business could benefit from this program.
