Bids And Proposals
The Town of Richlands is accepting proposals for the following:
1) The Town of Richlands, Virginia, is seeking proposals from qualified law firms or individual attorneys to provide legal services for the procurement of natural gas. This gas will serve as the fuel source for a new 5-megawatt (MW) generator, providing behind-the-meter power for the town. The selected firm will be responsible for advising on and drafting a long-term contract for the purchase of large volumes of natural gas.
2) The Town of Richlands, Virginia, is seeking proposals from qualified energy consulting firms to assist with procurement of natural gas and the development of operational policies for a new 5-megawatt (MW) generator. The selected firm will provide technical and economic expertise to ensure the project is both efficient and financially sound.
3) The Town of Richlands is seeking bids from qualified companies for the 4.0 MGD WWTP Upgrades and Improvements project. Bids must be received at the Town Hall, 200 Washington Square, Richlands, Virginia 24641 until, but not later than 2:00 PM local time on January 12th, 2025.
